It has never been a thing for makeup to improve skin texture or make your bumps and lumps less visible. Makeup is pigment only, and possibly a thin layer on top of skin that may be able to fill your pores. It can make surface level issues disappear, but anything raised or below your skin level is not makeups job. That job is for your aesthetician! You can make oily skin look matte, or you can make dry skin look “dewier”….. but texture and wrinkles cannot be removed. In fact, makeup accentuates our skin’s texture most of the time! Makeup is great for creating illusions from afar and on camera, but it will always be an extra layer of product that will sit on top of your skin. The key to textureless makeup is WHAT IS UNDERNEATH. I have worked with so many different skin types, and the girls with smooth, textureless skin end up with smooth textureless makeup. Take care of your skin first, allow it to breathe and recover before your big day! Get a few facials done, drink lots of water, eat fruits and veggies and maintain a healthy diet, and watch your skin transform for your wedding. I’ve seen brides make this change and the difference between their trial skin and wedding day is a night and day difference! You can do it too i promise!
Hi everyone! I have alot of new followers and tho Hi everyone! I have alot of new followers and thought I’d introduce myself 🙈 First off, thank you so much for following and supporting my business! A follow may not seem like much, but it means so much to business owners! My name is Baraa Aydan, I am 26 yrs and 363 days old ( its my birthday in 2 days hehe) , I am an Iraqi-Canadian and I think I have the best and most rewarding job ever - Bridal Makeup and hair artistry! I graduated 5 years ago with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Sciences from @mcmasteru, but god had other big plans for me ✨ ( I still work in my field but Artistry is my full time job right now!) My artistry career flourished/started in 2019 thanks to my friends who supported me and pushed me to open an Instagram page (@noraal.x 😜) and I cant wait to see what the future has in store for my brand. I am self taught, but do enjoy attending masterclasses to learn from other artists. My inspiration is @sabrinaxmakeup because she studied at every school i studied in, worked at McMaster University and quit her job for makeup, which gave me the courage to quit my full time as well in 2021 ( best decision ever).
