Deposit policy:
All deposits are NON - refundable once sent, unless mentioned otherwise.
In the event of COVID shutdowns within your zone: Deposits are non refundable, but transferable with additional deposits requested for each day that is rescheduled. The deposits will then be deducted from your total cost. Proof must be shown for reason of cancellation in order for the deposit to be saved for another date. The total cost before deposit subtractions must remain the same as the original date booked in order to use your deposits again. You may postpone/reschedule/rebook up to 3 times. If we cannot accomodate a rescheduled date, your deposits cannot be returned. Please try and book a hall with accordance to the availability of your artist in order to keep your deposit(s).
In the event that the MUAH cancels your service after booking, all deposits for all dates will be returned.
Cancellation & NO SHOW CLIENTS: IN STUDIO BOOKINGS:
· if a deposit was not paid, a $50 cancellation fee will be requested if the cancellation occurs before 24 hrs of notice. If this is not paid you may not use our services again.
· If a deposit was paid, it is non refundable under any circumstances.
· No show clients on the day of their appointments without 24 hrs notice will be expected to pay half of their intended service, otherwise, they will be banned from booking again with us and other members within the beauty industry.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
· The entire service will be canceled if the number of people receiving services is reduced after the contract is signed, unless their fee is paid before the appointment.
· If the MUAH/or group arrives to the studio/travel location and is told that an individual will not be receiving a service agreed on, their fee MUST still be paid in full.
· If the *total amount due* (please refer to the contract) is not paid, the artist may refuse service altogether, and legal actions will be taken. This includes but is not limited to someone falling ill, or uncontrolled reasons. Their fee MUST still be paid. Please note that the MUA has traveled and/or turned all other bookings away for this day and time for YOU. You may add people at any time if the MUA allows.
